My good friend, Christy, contacted me about doing some Cowboy/Western cupcakes for her son, Brayden's, 2 birthday and I was so excited! I've been waiting to do something with this "theme" for a while! I can't decide which is my favorite....the spur on the back of the cowboy boot, or the stitching in the cowboy boot? The flavor was chocolate with vanilla butter cream icing. Happy Birthday Cowboy!
